4. Methodology, learning tasks, syllabus and resources

4.1. Methodological overview

The methodology followed in this course is oriented towards the achievement of the learning objectives. A wide range of teaching and learning tasks are implemented, such as internship, tutorials, the elaboration of a Internship Report as autonomous work, and seminars.

4.2. Learning tasks

The course includes the following learning tasks:

  • Clinical internship (325 hours). In the following areas:
    • Physical rehabilitation
    • Psychiatry/Psychosocial
    • Gerontology/geriatrics
    • Case centers
  • Individual tutorials (12.5 hours).
  • Autonomous work (50 hours). Daily activities and internship report.
  • Seminars (12.5 hours).

4.3. Syllabus

This course does not have an specific syllabus.

4.4. Course planning and calendar

  • Although, it is an annual course, Clinical Internship will be made modularly, in the first and 3th module.
  • During these modules, the student will not be enrolled in other compulsory courses.
  • The Daily activities must be submitted weekly to your teacher.
  • The Internship Report must be delivered to your teacher at the end of the first and 3th module.
